Open the Shorttales app and tap "Upgrade to Pro" or "Manage Subscription" in the menu. You'll see the subscription options and can choose the plan that works best for you.

Manage your subscription through your device settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Shorttales → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, your subscription restores automatically when you open the app. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the correct Apple ID.

Premium includes unlimited access to all stories, ad-free reading, offline reading, and exclusive premium content — plus new stories added regularly.

Yes. With a Premium subscription you can download stories to read offline — just tap the download icon on any story to save it.

While reading a story, tap the heart icon to add it to your favorites. You can find all your favorites from the main menu.

Try these steps: (1) close and restart the app, (2) update to the latest version from the App Store, (3) check your internet connection. If it persists, email us and we'll help.
